Everything below is work we do ourselves, across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire and the wider south of England.
Pitched roofing
New pitched roofs, and strip and recover on roofs that have reached the end of their life.
We lay natural slate, cement fibre slate, large concrete interlocking tiles, and both machine made and hand made plain tiles. Battens, membrane and fixings are specified to suit the pitch and the exposure of the building, not to suit the quote.
New flat roofs including strip and recover, in both cold and warm deck build-ups.
Extensions, dormers, garages and outbuildings. Where the deck is coming off anyway we will price the insulation upgrade alongside it, because that is the one moment it costs almost nothing extra to do.
Lead sheeting, flashings, chimney work and repairs, handled by our specialist lead team.
Most roof leaks we are called to are not the tiles at all, they are the lead. Bays, valleys, parapets, box gutters and chimney abutments are dressed by hand and coded correctly for the detail.
Keeping a sound roof sound, so it never becomes a replacement roof.
Slipped slates, failed pointing, blocked valleys, storm damage. Avoid costly roof replacements by keeping the roof maintained and ready for whatever the next winter does.
Period cottages, family homes, extensions and outbuildings across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. One team, start to finish, and the same person on the phone throughout.
Commercial
Commercial and industrial roofs where the building has to keep working while we are on it. Phased programmes, out of hours access, and clear reporting for facilities teams.
Questions we get asked
Do you charge for a survey?
No. The first visit and the consultation that follows it are free, and there is no obligation to book anything afterwards.
Can you repair my roof rather than replace it?
Usually, and we will say so if you can. A roof that is maintained properly rarely needs replacing early, and we would rather do the repair now than the replacement in five years.
How do I know whether it is the tiles or the lead?
Often you cannot tell from the ground, which is why so many leaks get misdiagnosed. Most of the leaks we are called to turn out to be a lead detail: a flashing, a valley or a chimney abutment.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. We run domestic and commercial as two divisions, so a commercial programme can be phased, worked out of hours, and reported on for a facilities team.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Camberley, Surrey and work across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire, into London and the wider south of England.
Are you insured?

Not sure which of those you need?
That is what the survey is for. Send a photo and a postcode and we will tell you what we are looking at.
